Can I really sell without an agent?

Yes. Private sales are completely legal in New Zealand. Your lawyer or conveyancer handles the legal side, which is what they do in an agency sale anyway. What an agent adds is marketing and negotiating, and the marketing is the part we do.

What if it does not sell?

You have paid for the promotion, not a result, and we will tell you honestly if the problem is the price rather than the reach. Nobody takes a percentage of your sale either way, so the downside is a few hundred dollars rather than tens of thousands.

Do I have to pay it all at once?

Anything up to $2,000 can be split into four interest free payments with Afterpay at checkout. Larger packages are payable by card.

Is listing really free?
